Troubleshooting
Cannot add TXT records
Cannot add TXT records
Make sure you’re in the DNS section, not the Mail section. IONOS has separate sections for mail configuration and raw DNS records.
Existing MX records on the root domain
Existing MX records on the root domain
The SendKit MX record goes on the
send subdomain, not your root domain. It won’t conflict with IONOS email or any existing MX records on your main domain.
